1. Manage Your Billing Preferences – Account

- First, log in and you will see your account dashboard
- Hover over the ‘Account’ section in the banner at the top, and click on ‘My Billing’
Initiating the Cancellation Process – Manage Your Billing Preferences
Once you have accessed the billing preferences section, there are steps to take to initiate the cancellation process.
- Once on the Billing Overview page, click the grey pencil icon under ‘Payment Method’ then click ‘Manage Billing Preferences’ in the top corner
This will then take you to the Manage Billing Preferences cancellation flow. Clicking on ‘Cancel Account’ will then take you to the correct cancellation process.
Please note, on the pages that follow you will be asked to provide the verification code sent to your email address. Ensure you are able to access your emails when using this cancellation method so that you can easily receive the code in order to progress through the process.
Once you have entered this code, press Continue To Cancel, and you will be taken through the cancellation process. Simply follow all the steps to cancel your account and the last page will show the date your account will be closed and any eligible refunds you are entitled to.

If you prefer to use the website directly to cancel your account, we recommend cancellation via the termination form located on the Total Adblock website.

- Once you click ‘Cancel Now’, your cancellation will be automatically processed.
- Right to Withdrawal – Website
As a valued TotalAdblock customer, you are able to exercise your right to withdraw from the subscription within the time period stated.
You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen calendar days from the date of the conclusion agreement. In order to exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us, Protected.net Group Limited, Larch House, Parklands Business Park, Denmead, Hampshire, United Kingdom, PO7 6XP, or by email: by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or email) about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send/post the notification that you exercise your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (other than any additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen calendar days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal from the agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
